TO GIVE
The world around seems to be full of miseries
Only a handful out of a heap appear to be at ease.
And here, I stood cheerless and sad,
Is my life hopeless, meaningless and sad?
In search of happiness, near, yet so far
Miles and miles yearning for a shining star.
Soon my conscience, in a gesture, motherly and kind,
Rejuvenated my thoughts, Enlightened
my mind.
“ The Beauty of life is to Give,
The Duty of life is to Give.
Do not give to live but
Live to Give”.
My child, more than clothes, more than a penny
More than diamonds , and more than a bottle of
honey,
What is priceless is the power
of Blood to make a day sunny,
Never
